Imagine making N200 pure profit per plate on an order of jollof rice and chicken for 500-700 people (Now, this is me being very very modest), this will give you N100,000 t0 N140,000 in pure profit on just one order (like I said, this is me being very modest with numbers). Compare this to making as high as five hundred naira in pure profit per plate on an order of same jollof rice and chicken but this time around, for just 20 people. You would have made just ten thousand naira on that order.

The larger the order, the sweeter and more profit you are likely to make. But the big question is, can you handle large cooking without having issues like excessive oil, too much or too little seasoning etc?
