Gen Z women are already leading. They are founding initiatives, mentoring peers, building businesses, and shaping their communities. But often, the systems around them are not designed to make room.

Too many young women grow up hearing the same narratives: that ambition is unseemly, that leadership belongs to someone else, that they should wait their turn and prove themselves twice as hard. These do not disappear overnight but neither does the drive to lead with purpose.

QLN exists to meet that drive with support.

We train and support young women to lead with confidence, clarity, and conviction. We help them find their voice, trust their thinking, and step into leadership without apology. We give them practical tools, create learning spaces through community, and walk with them as they grow. This work takes resources.

Your donation helps us train more young women. It helps us design leadership programs that are accessible and relevant, and reach women who want to lead but have not had anyone tell them they can.

About QLN

Quiver Leadership Network was founded in 2025 by Ifeoluwa Shoola and Mofoluwaso Ajayi-Sanni to help young women grow into leaders who create meaningful change. That same year, we trained 25 emerging leaders from Nigeria and the United States. The accelerator gave them space to find their voice, act even when fear tried to hold them back, lead with courage and emotional intelligence, influence their communities, and navigate political spaces with confidence.
