This book, KHAKI: Lessons in Service, Discipline, and Growth, is born from experiences. It is both a personal story and a practical guide. I wrote it to help prospective corps members prepare for the realities of NYSC and to inspire serving corps members to make the most of their one-year service. It goes beyond the jubilation of wearing the khaki uniform, highlighting what it truly means to serve, to adapt, and to plan for life beyond NYSC.
