My name is Ochuko Ebiuwhe, a Mindset and Career Coach. It's great to have you here.

As someone who started her career as a Class teacher and spent 10 years in different school roles including that of a School Principal, working with hundreds of early career professionals has opened me up to the fact that preparing for professional success, goes beyond just academics - especially for teenagers getting ready to conquer the world.

One day, your teenager will make decisions that shape their future. The question is: are they prepared for such moments?

As parents, we invest in our children's education - as we should. Still, success in life requires more than good grades. It requires confidence, leadership, resilience, communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 

This mostly happens when self leadership skills are mastered in the teenage years. 

Our Teen Leadership Bootcamp is designed to help young people aged 13 - 19 develop the mindset and skills needed to excel in today's world - beyond the home and classrooms. 

Participants will learn how to

-Lead themselves

-Communicate with confidence

-Work effectively with others

Solve problems creatively

-Build the self-belief needed to pursue their goals.
