This anthology is a collection of thoughts gathered in moments of clarity, confusion, heartbreak, healing, and everything in between. It’s part journal, part reflection, part survival guide. I wrote many of these pieces to make sense of what I was feeling about life, love, breakups, religion, the chaos of corporate culture, the weight of depression, the strange mirror that is social media, and more.

These are the fragments I’ve collected along the way. The things I’ve learned, unlearned, questioned, and clung to. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, unseen, in love, heartbroken, burnt out, or just stuck in your head, I hope you find something here that feels familiar.
