What to Expect

Week 1-2: Foundations of Being a Tech VA

You'll learn what a Tech VA actually does, which services are in highest demand, and how to position yourself as someone clients want to hire. We'll also work on your mindset, pricing confidence, and building a solid foundation.

Week 3-5: Master the Essential Tech Tools

You'll get hands-on training in the core tools every Tech VA needs to know: email marketing platforms, social media scheduling, CRM systems, automation tools like Zapier, and more. No fluff—just the tools that get you paid.

Week 6-7: Automation & Advanced Systems

This is where you level up. You'll learn how to build automations that save clients hours of work every week, set up workflows, and create systems that make you indispensable (and able to charge premium rates).

Week 8-9: Funnels, Landing Pages & Project Management

You'll learn how to set up landing pages, build simple funnels, manage client projects, and handle the tech side of launches and webinars. These are the skills that take you from $20/hour to $50+/hour.

Week 10: Launch Your Business & Land Clients

You'll create your service menu, learn how to pitch yourself with confidence, set up your systems for client management, and get support as you take your first steps toward landing paying clients.
