Kuti learns that the pastor was manipulative and involved with many women, even targeting her for financial gain, which destroys her trust in the church. Trying to move on, she pushes herself to socialize, meets two new men, one unsuitable due to gambling and another more promising, and begins pursuing a new romantic/sexual connection while still seeking something real.
