Over three sessions, participants map the NHS banding structure, walk through HCPC essentials, and use a live Route Selector Worksheet to choose between the Assistant First, HCPC First, or Hybrid pathway based on their own speciality and family situation.

Day three is spent rebuilding the CV itself, mapping it against the actual Standards of Proficiency the NHS is scanning for, and fixing the three mistakes that quietly sink most applications.
