What is it that you want to be unblocked on? What have you been thinking about over and over again? What feels stuck, confusing, heavy, scary, or like you know there is something there but you cannot quite get your hands around it yet?

For one hour, we go into it together through a spiritual + energetic lens. We follow what is coming up in your energy, the patterns underneath what you are experiencing, what your intuition might already be trying to tell you, where you may be holding, resisting, repeating or disconnecting from yourself, and what feels ready to shift.

I’ll also leave space for any channeled spiritual messages, intuitive guidance or insights that come through for you during the session. Whatever feels relevant to what you are moving through, we will follow it.

You can come with one specific thing, or simply come knowing that something feels blocked and you are ready to move it.
