Three friends started a company together. Six months later, one founder walked away.
He stopped contributing, while the remaining founders continued working, found customers, generated revenue and built the business.

The Equity Code is a practical live legal training for founders who want to understand how ownership, investment and control work before a dispute arises or an investor’s term sheet arrives.

More than 15 founders have paid to attend our previous founder trainings. Their questions repeatedly return to the same concerns: who owns what, what happens when someone leaves, and how founders can raise capital without unintentionally giving away too much ownership or control.
Ticket-fee credit
The full amount paid for your ticket will be credited toward eligible legal documents you engage us to prepare after the training.
If your startup requires a Shareholders’ Agreement, intellectual-property documentation or another eligible legal document, your training payment will be deducted from the applicable legal fee.
Your ticket can therefore contribute toward legal work your business genuinely needs.
