REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY 

1. Food Business Consultation / Advisory sessions booked and paid for are Non - refundable.
2. Should a Food business Consultation/ Advisory session be scheduled for a specific time/ date and the client is unable to show up, the session is considered concluded except a notification to defer was communicated at least 48hrs before, in which case a new date will be scheduled. 
3. Absence on the new set date will be considered as a concluded session and full payment will be required to reschedule.
4. Please note that virtual consultations are scheduled 48-72hrs after payment has been confirmed and over 72hrs of scheduled on a weekend
