ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

The project is a two-story luxury family vacation home designed to balance beauty,functionality, and comfort—perfect for family living and entertaining. The design concept focuses on a modern and elegant style, blending open spaces with cozy private areas to create a refined and livable environment.

The building will feature six bedrooms—two on the ground floor and four on the upper

floor. The first floor will also include a flexible room that can serve as an office, study, or lounge, while the second floor will feature a spacious family lounge connecting the bedrooms, emphasizing openness and flow.

Large windows, high-end finishes, and an airy layout will define the visual experience,allowing natural light to enhance the sense of luxury and relaxation expected of a family vacation home.
