Score your campaign's legal readiness before your rivals find the gaps.
A campaign can be well funded and well organised and still be legally unprepared. The gaps are usually small and specific: no one assigned to collect result sheets, no plan for inspection applications, no record of agent accreditation, no protocol for the 72 hours after polls close. Each gap is cheap to fix before the election and very expensive to fix after it.
The Election Legal Readiness Audit is a self-assessment workbook that scores your campaign's legal readiness area by area. Your team works through structured questions on nomination compliance, agent deployment, evidence capture, data protection, result monitoring and petition preparation. Each answer feeds a readiness score, so you can see at a glance where you are strong and where you are exposed.
The questions are drawn from Weaponising Elections and the Electoral Act 2026. They reflect what has decided recent election cases: whether the evidence existed, whether it was preserved, and whether it could be properly tendered in court.
Use it at the start of the campaign to set priorities, and again closer to polling day to confirm the gaps are closed. Share the results with your legal team so their time goes where it matters most.
The audit identifies the questions to raise with your counsel; it does not answer them for your specific case.
