Who is God? It is a simple question, but it is not a small one.

WHO IS GOD? begins with the conviction that knowing God starts with revelation, not imagination. We do not create God according to our preferences, experiences or circumstances. We listen to what He has revealed about Himself through Scripture, His works, His dealings with people and, ultimately, His Son, Jesus Christ.

Across 21 chapters, Ezekiel Erinle explores the God who cannot be contained, the Creator who gives humanity dignity and purpose, the God whose greatness, holiness and justice call us to reverence, and the loving Father whose grace makes reconciliation possible. The book considers God's help, provision, healing, shepherding presence and faithfulness while carefully rejecting the idea that prayer or faith can manipulate God into producing a preferred outcome.

The journey then moves into God's self-revelation: His names, His covenant dealings with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the meaning of knowing God beyond information, the presence of God, the Trinity, Jesus Christ as the fullest revelation of God, and the Holy Spirit's work among and within God's people.

The later chapters address realities that often challenge faith: suffering, seasons when God seems distant, staying connected to God, God's sovereignty and human responsibility, and the Kingdom, purpose and eternal plan of God.

This is not a book about mastering God intellectually. It is an invitation to know Him, draw near to Him, trust Him when life is difficult, worship Him when He is great beyond understanding, and walk faithfully with Him until the journey is complete.

The destination is not simply knowing more about God. It is knowing God.
