Terms & Conditions

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of Service

UNSAID Sessions provide emotional support, guidance, and safe conversations. They are not medical, psychiatric, or licensed therapy services.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required before your booking is confirmed.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once a session has been booked.

4. Rescheduling

Sessions can only be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the booked time. Only one reschedule is allowed.

5. Late or Missed Sessions

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Missed sessions without notice will be considered completed.

6. Respect & Boundaries

Any rude, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate cancellation of the session without refund.

7. Confidentiality

All conversations are treated with privacy and respect, except where safety concerns may require further action.

8. Personal Responsibility

Sessions are for support and clarity. Growth and outcomes depend on your personal effort and actions.

9. Agreement

By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
