As one who has actively worked with Teens and Adolescents for over seven years, I have come to discover that these precious ones are absolutely more than how we see them. They are capable of becoming more than we can imagine if only we offer the right tools, guidance, and leadership. 

Adolescence is a phase of finding oneself and ultimately becoming. It is a delicate phase with the capacity to influence a person. It is the bedrock of who a person will be, influenced by many factors internally and externally. 

It is for this reason that I have put together this workbook for the 360⁰ teenager, aimed at providing prompts and clues to personal transformation, that will in turn lead to, all round flourishing for the Adolescent, and even adults who uses it!
