The purpose of the Church Administrative Department is to ensure the smooth, orderly, and efficient running of the church’s day-to-day operations, so that the vision and mission of the church can be fulfilled without distractions or breakdowns.

The work of the admin department is very vital because it creates order that supports growth, sustains excellence, and frees the pastor to focus on prayer and ministry. Hence the need to design this resource.
