Subscription provides shared access to a ChatGPT Plus account under Yadex Solutions.

* Access is limited and non-transferable, and may be used on a maximum of two (2) personal devices per user.

* Users are expected to act professionally and responsibly, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

* Unauthorized access, interference with other users’ chats, folders, or account settings is strictly prohibited.

* Any form of misuse, tampering, or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

* For security purposes, the Administrator may monitor login activity and IP addresses only; chat content remains private and will not be accessed.
