WHY PLANS FAIL FROM ABROAD

The sector is rarely the problem. Poultry, logistics, property and retail all make money in Nigeria every day.

What goes wrong is usually decided before the first naira is sent. The idea came from a relative or a WhatsApp post rather than the market. Nobody tested whether the numbers work at the size you can afford. The person who will run it is chosen because you trust them, not because they can do it, and there is no way to see what is really happening from thousands of miles away.

By the time those problems show up, the money is already committed. The cheapest place to find a flaw is on paper, before anything moves.

• STOP — The plan as it stands is likely to lose your money. We'll tell you plainly, and why. A $150 no is far cheaper than a $50,000 lesson.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER

If the verdict is proceed, we'll show you how GLI can help you build it: structure, setup, systems, and oversight while you're still abroad.

If it's wait or stop, the report is yours and that's where it ends. There's no follow-up campaign and no pressure.
