Through my experiences as a marriage counsellor and facilitator of intimate marriage discussion groups, I observed a common desire among couples to revive their marriages, but they lack structured guidance to do so.

It was during a moment of prayer and meditation that I was inspired to create a template, a foundational guide that couples could utilise to navigate their marital journey. This template would provide clarity, direction, and a framework for couples to assess their relationship, identify areas of improvement, and embark on a journey of growth and renewal.

Thus, this book was born out of a desire to offer couples a tangible resource to lean on, a starting point from which to build and strengthen their marriages.
