HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

1. Choose your package and pay
2. You will be automatically directed to a calendar
3. Fill in your schedule and submit
4. A Zoom link will be sent to the email you submitted in your schedule
5. The link is what you need to start the meeting at the scheduled time.
6. The link will not be active until 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

PENALTIES FOR DEFAULTING (subject to availability of scheduled time)

Any request to move your schedule (after the booking) to another time within the same day or to another day will be seen as defaulting from your initial schedule and it attracts a penalty as seen below:

MOVE SCHEDULE TO SAME DAY, DIFFERENT TIME:

Requesting to move your schedule to another time on the same day will attract the sum of

NGN 1000 for a change in TIME of the scheduled slot (subject to availability of the proposed time)

MOVE SCHEDULE TO ANOTHER DAY

Requesting to move your schedule to another day will attract the sum of

50% of the currently paid slot ( (subject to availability of the proposed time)
