PRICING BREAKDOWN:

Base plan: ₦15,000 / month

Covers up to 100 business expenses

More than 100?

If you have more than 100 transactions, it's just ₦100 per extra transaction.

Example:

You had 120 expenses this month.

= ₦15,000 (first 100) + ₦2,000 (20 x 100)

= ₦17,000 total for the month

Your balance is invoiced before your report is delivered.

Most vendors we work with use 60-80 transactions/month, so 100 is more than enough to start.

What counts as 1 transaction?

1 expense = 1 entry.

E.g., "Paid ₦5,000 for delivery" = 1 transaction.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PAY ON SELAR?

1. You will be redirected to a short form where we collect the basic information we need about your business.

2. You will receive a simple guide showing you exactly how to send your expenses.

3. We'll create a personalised group for you and the person(s) sending your business expenses (if any).

4. Send your expenses daily, weekly, or as it happens depending on what you selected during onboarding.

5. We start tracking immediately.

6. At the end of the month, you'll receive your expense report.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO START:

After payment you'll provide:

• Your business name

• Your preferred expense categories (if you have any; if not, we create them for you)

• How you want to send expenses (daily or weekly)

• The person(s) who will be sending the expenses (if not you)

Q: How do I send my expenses to you?

A: Super simple. Just forward your debit alerts or receipts, or type "₦2k - packaging" on WhatsApp. We handle the rest.

Q: What if I have more than 100 transactions?

A: No problem. We count them, and you only pay ₦100 for each one above 100 at the end of the month.

Q: Do you have access to my bank account?

A: No. We NEVER need your bank login or PIN. You only send us what you spent.

Q: When will I get my report?

A: Your full monthly report and summary is delivered by the 2nd day of the new month.

Q: Can I use this for my personal expenses too?

A: This plan is for business expenses. If you want personal and business, chat with us on WhatsApp for a custom plan.

Q: What if I forget to send some days?

A: No stress. Send daily or weekly, whichever you choose. We send you a gentle reminder, and you can also batch send at the end of the week.
