Get a record-keeping system built specifically around how your business works.

If you're selling but you're not completely sure how much you're actually making, KYN was designed for you.

Who is this for?

POS, Shops, Supermarkets
Salons, Restaurants, Pharmacies
Product & Service Businesses
If you have staff handling money

If you don't know exactly how much profit your business makes every month, this service is for you.

We will build a custom business tracking system that helps you monitor your sales, expenses, debtors, inventory, and profit in one place.

Why this is not a generic template

No two businesses we work with ever get the same system, even if they sell the same thing.

Because no two businesses work the same way.

A barbecue seller in Lagos with vendors in 4 different bars doesn't just need a "sales tracker". He needs to know how much he makes at each bar, on which days, and how much to pay each salesperson at the bar.

A thrift wear distributor in Abuja with 2 staff? She needs to catch stealing and know who is owing her. Both problems are different.

That's why we don't sell templates.

We look at how your business sells, spends, receives money and operates, then design your recordkeeping system around it.

This is the core of KYN: your business, your pattern, your system. Built for you in 48 hours (2-7 days) depending on your business structure.

Why me?

Hi, I'm Favour, and I'm not just an accountant. I watched my neighbour lose over ₦500k to credit sales and a staff member stealing. Not because she wasn't careful, but because her notebook wasn't built to catch it early. I built KYN so it never happens to you.

FAQ

Que: I already write everything in a notebook. Why do I need this?

Ans: A notebook helps you record information, but it doesn't help you understand your business. It won't automatically show your profit, your best-selling products, how much customers owe you, or where your money is disappearing. This setup organises your records so you can make better business decisions without spending hours doing calculations.

Que: My business is still small

Ans: You don't have to wait until your business grows before keeping proper records. In fact, smaller businesses often feel the impact of poor recordkeeping the most because a few pricing mistakes, forgotten expenses, or unpaid debts can wipe out a month's profit. Starting early makes growth much easier.

Que: I don't have time to keep records.

Ans: That's exactly why this was created. Many business owners already spend time searching for receipts, checking old messages, calculating totals, or trying to remember who has paid. A proper record-keeping system helps you do those tasks much faster and keeps everything in one place.

Que: I'm not good with technology

Ans: That's okay. Everything is set up for you before delivery, and you'll be shown how to use it step by step. If you get stuck, you'll have support for 14 days.

Que: What happens after I pay?

Ans: After payment, we'll get on a short 1-on-1 business setup call so we can understand how your business operates. We'll then build your customised system, send your training, and hand everything over once it's ready.

Que: Will this work for my type of business?

Ans: Yes. Once we understand how your business operates, we can design a record-keeping system that aligns with your specific business workflow. This can work for retail stores, fashion businesses, food businesses, service providers, wholesalers, manufacturers, pharmacies, salons, and more.
