Welcome to our programs. By purchasing any of our products ("DIY Import Bible 2026," "Tokunbo Importer's OS"), you agree to the following terms and policies.


1. General Terms of Use


  • Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to text, PDFs, spreadsheets, videos, and strategies, are the intellectual property of Accidented Cars NG. Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only.


  • Prohibited Actions: You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce our materials in any form. Violation of this license will result in immediate revocation of access to all products, support channels, and future updates without a refund.


  • Disclaimer: Our products are for educational purposes only. We are not financial advisors or licensed customs agents. All decisions and actions you take are your sole responsibility.


2. Product-Specific Refund Policies


We have different refund policies for our products based on the value and components of each.


A. Refund Policy for "The DIY Import Bible 2026" (₦35,000)


We offer a 14-Day "Action-Based" conditional refund policy for this product. We are confident in the value it provides, but we require you to show that you have made a genuine effort to use the materials.


To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions within 14 days of purchase:


1. You must have joined the private Telegram Support Channel provided in the bonus section.


2. You must provide a screenshot of your filled-out "Budget & Cost Calculator" for at least one vehicle you have analyzed on Copart. This demonstrates that you have engaged with the core tool of the system.


3. You must have asked at least one specific, relevant question about the import process via our support email or in the Telegram channel, demonstrating that you have reviewed the content and are seeking clarification.


How to Request a Refund:


If you have met all three conditions above, please email us at [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" and provide the required proof.


Important Exclusions: Refunds will not be provided for "change of mind," failure to access the materials, or if the "Action-Based" conditions are not met. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property from "download and return" theft.


B. Refund Policy for "The Tokunbo Importer's OS" (₦197,500)

How to Request a Refund:


If you have met all three conditions above and still feel the system has not provided you with immense value, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and provide your proof of action. Our team will review your submission within 3-5 business days.
