BUILD TO LAST

Personalised Strategic Support with Bliss Ojeruse

Businessess, emerging nonprofit organisations, startups and social enterprises often have one common limitation - funding or limited financial resources.

But is funding or finance really the problem?

Should limited finance forestall impact?

Leadership demands innovation, even amidst perceived limited resources — and innovation requires strategy. Strategy initiates structure and structure enables sustainability and accelerated impact.

If you are building an NGO, startup, social enterprise, faith-based initiative or a growing business, one thing is clear:

❌Good intentions are not enough.

❌Hard work is not enough.

❌Passion is not enough.

✅Structure is everything. A wholistic strategy is required to build structure.

Why Work With Me?

I am an award-winning Strategist and Inspirational Leader who has earned the nickname, "Strategy" in course of my work. I work with a blend of discipline and empathy, delivery results not short of excellence.

I have worked across the nonprofit and private sectors as a Social Impact Strategist, Leadership Mentor, and Board Advisor.

As former Director of Strategy, Research and Planning at the Conference of Non-Governmental Organisations (CONGOs), a network of over 100 NGOs, I led a transition from operational disorder to structured systems and regulatory alignment — positioning the network to secure its first grant in 10 years and more grants are being won thereafter.

I am also the Founder of Saving Hand Development Initiative (SHADE-IN), a 15+ year old organisation built on early strategy, documentation discipline, and regulatory compliance.

I do not just teach structure.

I build it.

Don't take my words for it. Check out what people I have worked with are saying about me in the reviews section.

Why Work With Me – Bliss Ojeruse?

I am an award-winning Social Impact Strategist and Leadership Mentor, known in professional circles simply as “Strategy.”

I help founders move from vision to structure — and from structure to sustainability.

I have worked with global partners including FCDO/DFID, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, British Council, and USAID, working and consulting in strategy, M&E, advocacy, research, and programme leadership roles.

As former Director of Strategy, Research and Planning at Conference of Non-Governmental Organisations (CONGOs), a 100+ membership NGO coalition, I led a transition from operational disorder to structured systems and compliance alignment — positioning the network to secure its first grant in 10 years and others following.

I am also the Founder of Saving Hand Development Initiative (SHADE-IN), a 15+ year institution built on strong documentation, governance, and regulatory discipline.

Why Founders Return

Many of the leaders I have worked with either maintain a cordial relationship with me, choose to work with me again or recommend me for other opportunities.

Not because of motivation.

But because of measurable clarity, practical systems, and long-term results.

I bring both structure and digital transformation — ensuring your organisation can not only operate effectively but communicate and sell its impact convincingly.

I also leverage a strong cross-sector network, connecting founders to relevant opportunities, resources, and partnerships where appropriate.
