Information you provide through an enquiry, booking, order or feedback form is used to understand your request, deliver the agreed work, arrange sessions, provide support and maintain necessary private commercial records. Please do not submit passwords, payment credentials or unrelated sensitive information.
Selar processes checkout and payment information under its own policies. Relevant enquiry and feedback records may be kept in restricted Google Workspace files. Customer contact details, transaction records and private project information are not public portfolio material. Information is shared only as needed to deliver the agreed service, operate these tools or meet applicable obligations.
Customers and enquirers are not added to Notes from Divine or another mailing list without separate consent. Feedback is optional. Permission to quote feedback publicly is separate from permission to display completed project work. A blank answer or Ask First is not public-use consent. Agreed confidentiality and embargo arrangements take priority.
Records are reviewed and kept only as needed for the request, delivery, support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request a correction, discuss deletion or raise a privacy concern, contact [email protected]. Some necessary transaction or agreement records may need to be retained.
