THE GREAT ASSUMPTION

Why Alignment Matters More Than Assignment

*By Joshua Julius*

Have you ever wondered if you are doing the right thing but moving in the wrong direction?

Have you ever been so busy pursuing an assignment that you forgot to ask whether you were truly aligned with it?

*The Great Assumption* is a thought-provoking journey into purpose, direction, choices, and alignment.

It challenges one of the assumptions we often make about life: that having an assignment is enough. Sometimes, the issue is not the absence of purpose but the absence of alignment

This book invites you to pause, look again, question what you have always assumed, and examine the connection between where you are, what you are doing, and where you are meant to go.

It is written for the *student searching for direction, the professional seeking meaning, the entrepreneur building a vision, the leader carrying responsibility, the dreamer pursuing purpose, and anyone who has ever wondered, “Am I truly on the right path?”*

WHY YOU SHOULD READ THIS BOOK

Because being busy does not necessarily mean you are progressing.

Because having an assignment does not automatically mean you are aligned.

Because sometimes, the next thing you need is not another opportunity—but a clearer understanding of the path you are already walking.

*The Great Assumption* is not simply a book to read and put away. It is a book to *think through, reflect on, question, and apply.*

It is an invitation to discover that your direction matters, your assumptions matter, and above all, *alignment matters.*
