Services Provided: Addiction Recovery Consulting, Marriage & Relationship Counseling, Family Mediation, Educational Workshops & Digital Resources.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service offered by RikoConsults, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you should not proceed with booking or payment.
2. Nature of Services
RikoConsults provides:
Addiction recovery guidance and structured support programs
Marriage and relationship counseling
Family dispute mediation
Educational lectures and workshops
Digital recovery resources and content
All services are provided as consulting, coaching, and guidance services and do not replace medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.
3. Not Medical or Emergency Services
RikoConsults does not provide:
Emergency mental health services
Crisis intervention
Medical detoxification
Psychiatric diagnosis or prescription services
If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, you must contact your local emergency services immediately.
Clients with severe substance withdrawal risks or mental health crises must seek appropriate licensed medical care.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients agree that:
They are voluntarily participating in services.
They are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
Progress depends significantly on personal commitment and participation.
RikoConsults does not guarantee specific outcomes.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before services commence unless a payment plan is formally agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, mobile money, PayPal, Stripe, Wise, or other approved platforms.
International clients must pay in the agreed currency (USD or stated currency).
Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
Individual sessions
Program packages
Workshops and lectures
Digital products and educational materials
Unused sessions within packages are non-refundable.
7. Rescheduling & Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Missed sessions without notice are considered completed.
Repeated cancellations may result in termination of service.
8. Confidentiality
RikoConsults respects client confidentiality.
Information shared during sessions will remain private except where:
Disclosure is required by law.
There is a risk of harm to the client or others.
There is suspected abuse requiring legal reporting.
Clients are responsible for ensuring privacy on their end during online sessions.
9. Online Session Disclaimer
For virtual sessions:
Clients must ensure a stable internet connection.
Technical interruptions beyond RikoConsults’ control do not qualify for refunds.
Sessions may be rescheduled in cases of significant technical failure at the discretion of RikoConsults.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided — including worksheets, recovery plans, articles, workshop materials, and digital content — are the intellectual property of RikoConsults.
Clients may not:
Reproduce
Redistribute
Sell
Share publicly
Without written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
RikoConsults shall not be held liable for:
Personal decisions made by clients.
Relapse occurrences.
Relationship outcomes.
Indirect or consequential damages arising from services.
All services are provided on a professional guidance basis.
12. Code of Conduct
Clients must:
Communicate respectfully.
Avoid abusive or threatening behavior.
Attend sessions sober and mentally present.
RikoConsults reserves the right to terminate services without refund if conduct is inappropriate or disruptive.
13. Termination of Services
RikoConsults may terminate services if:
Payment obligations are not met.
Client behavior is inappropriate.
There is non-compliance with agreed program structure.
Clients may discontinue services at any time, but payments remain non-refundable.
14. Modifications to Terms
RikoConsults reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where RikoConsults operates.
