DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery timelines vary by destination and are affected by customs processing in your country. Please contact our team via WhatsApp (+234 816 891 2959) or email [email protected] to get an estimated delivery window for your specific location before ordering.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION AND DISPATCH
Orders paid through Selar are dispatched once payment has been confirmed and settled to us, which typically takes up to 4 business days from the date of your payment. Your waybill and tracking number will be sent to you within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
If you need faster processing, you can contact us directly on WhatsApp (+234 816 891 2959) to arrange payment via Western Union, which allows us to confirm and dispatch your order more quickly, without waiting on standard settlement timing.
TRACKING
Tracking information, where available, will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your destination country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your country and are outside our control. The customer is responsible for any such charges. Please check your country's import regulations for herbal supplements before ordering, as it is your responsibility to confirm the product can be legally imported into your country.

Delays caused by customs processing, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of The Nature Hill. We will assist with tracking and communication where possible but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
