Most students fail because they're using a broken system.

They re-read their notes, highlight everything, and pull all-nighters hoping something sticks. Then they sit in the exam hall and their mind goes blank.

That's a memory encoding problem and neuroscience has already solved it.

The CART Coaching Program is a weekly, 1-on-1 private coaching experience built on the CART Framework. It is a study system rooted in how your brain actually learns:

C — Concentration: Training your brain to enter deep focus states on command, using what neuroscience tells us about the prefrontal cortex and attentional control.

A — Association: Encoding information into long-term memory by linking new knowledge to what your brain already knows — the way the hippocampus was designed to work.

R — Repetition: Using spaced retrieval — not mindless re-reading — to beat the forgetting curve and make knowledge permanent.

T — Testing: Activating the testing effect so every study session actually builds exam-ready recall, not just familiarity.

What happens inside the coaching

Week 1 — Diagnosis & Foundation I will audit how you currently study, identify the exact bottlenecks killing your retention, and rebuild your study system from the ground up.

Week 2 — Concentration & Encoding You learn how to eliminate distractions at the neurological level, design your environment for focus, and encode information deeply the first time. So you're not re-reading the same thing five times.

Week 3 — Retention & Memory Architecture We install the Association and Repetition layers of CART — building memory bridges, spaced schedules, and retrieval routines that compound over time.

Week 4 — Testing & Exam Execution We shift from learning mode to performance mode. You'll master how to think under pressure, decode exam questions, and execute in the room not just at your desk.
