I built this with teachers in mind. Real teachers. The ones marking late at night, squinting at small screens, trying to keep records neat while using just their phones.

This is a free 25-student continuous assessment record sheet, carefully designed for Android users on the WPS Office app. No laptop needed. No stress. Just open, type, and record.

What this sheet is about?

This record sheet helps teachers track student performance clearly and fairly, all in one place. It follows the way assessments are actually done in schools, not some foreign template that doesn’t fit our reality.

You can:

Type your class name and term
Enter student names and admission numbers
Record scores for multiple assessments like:
SOW (Scheme of Work)
HW (Homework)
CW (Classwork)
Practical
Continuous Assessment
Exams
Watch the total score calculate automatically for each student

Everything is laid out cleanly so a teacher can understand it at a glance, even on a small phone screen.

Built for mobile teachers

This was created specifically for Android + WPS Office:

Big, clear cells for easy typing
Proper alignment so nothing shifts or breaks
Smooth vertical scrolling
No complicated formulas for teachers to fight with

If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this sheet.

Smart visual design

Alternating row colors help teachers track names easily
Low or missing scores are visually highlighted
Serial numbers are clear and organized
Subject title stands out boldly for quick identification

It looks professional, like something a well-organized school would use — not a rushed table.

The SAMPLE sheet (how to use it)

Included is a fully filled sample record showing:

How to enter scores
How totals are generated
How different assessments add up

Teachers can learn by seeing, not by reading long instructions. Just follow the sample, and you’re good.

Free — but powerful

This version is 100% free and perfect for:

Class teachers
Subject teachers
Private tutors
Lesson teachers managing up to 25 students

If a teacher enjoys the simplicity and clarity, they can move to the full version, which offers:

More students
More subjects
More flexibility for full school records

Why this matters

Teachers already do too much. This sheet is my way of saying:

“Let me help you reduce the stress, even if it’s just a little.”

No ads.

No confusion.

Just a tool made with respect for the teaching profession.

This isn’t just a spreadsheet.

It’s a quiet support system for teachers who show up every day.
