The BYD Academy Weekend AI Filmmaking Lab is a recurring live training programme created by BYD Studios for beginners, content creators, storytellers, aspiring filmmakers, and entrepreneurs who want to learn a structured AI filmmaking workflow.

Unlike the introductory free masterclass, the Weekend Lab guides participants through practical execution, assignments, downloadable resources, and implementation support.

You will learn how to:

• Develop a strong story idea and production-ready script

• Create and maintain consistent AI characters

• Generate scenes, reactions, environments, and visual compositions

• Break scenes into effective short animation shots

• Write prompts for acting, movement, camera direction, and dialogue

• Assemble and edit generated shots into a finished short film scene

• Prepare AI filmmaking content for social-media publishing
