A. Services Covered
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Career Bosses, including:
- Résumé/CV Writing & Revamp
- Resume Review
- Cover Letter Writing
- LinkedIn Profile Optimisation
- Website Portfolio Creation
- Interview Preparation Coaching & Career Guidance
B. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made before work commences on any project.
Orders are only considered confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged.
Payments should be made through the official Career Bosses payment channels as provided on our website or by an official representative.
We reserve the right to decline or delay services until payment confirmation is received.
C. Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable.
Clients are encouraged to carefully review service descriptions and pricing before placing an order.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or proven error on the part of Career Bosses.
D. Revisions & Edits
Each service includes a limited number of revisions, as outlined below:
- Resume/CV & Cover Letter Writing: Up to 3 rounds of edits within 7 days of delivery.
- LinkedIn Profile Optimisation: Up to 2 round of revisions within 5 days of delivery.
- Website Portfolio Creation: Up to 3 revision rounds on text or design layout before final approval.
- Resume Review: No revisions apply.
- Interview Coaching Preparation: No revisions apply; sessions are delivered as scheduled.
Any additional revisions beyond these limits will attract an extra service fee, based on project scope.
E. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery times vary depending on the service package purchased.
Delays caused by incomplete information, late responses, or missed client appointments are not the responsibility of Career Bosses.
Urgent requests (express delivery) will attract additional fees.
F. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information to enable the team to deliver quality results.
Career Bosses will not be held responsible for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete client information.
Clients must review and approve deliverables within the specified revision period.
G. Confidentiality
Career Bosses respects and protects the confidentiality of all client information and materials shared during the project.
We will never share, sell, or disclose your personal or professional data to third parties without consent.
H. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use the final deliverables (résumé, cover letter, LinkedIn content, website portfolio, etc.) for personal and professional use.
Career Bosses retains ownership of templates, designs, and proprietary tools used to create the deliverables.
I. Communication Channels
All official communication shall be through Career Bosses’ verified email, WhatsApp business line, or other approved digital platforms.
The company shall not be liable for miscommunication via unverified channels or impersonation.
J. Acceptance of Terms
By making a payment, placing an order, or engaging with any Career Bosses service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
