Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing the "Universal Passport & Visa Photo Creator Bundle" from WholeBuyer LTD, you explicitly agree to the following legally binding terms:
1. NO-REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to the instant, non-tangible, and irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales are 100% final. Once payment is confirmed via Mobile Money or card, the download link for the compressed .ZIP file containing the Photoshop Action (.atn) and PDF instructions is delivered automatically. Because a download cannot be "returned," we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. SOFTWARE & SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Before purchasing, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure they own and operate a compatible desktop version of Adobe Photoshop (CS6, CC, or newer). This product consists of a script/macro built for Adobe Photoshop desktop software. It does not work on Canva, mobile phones, or independent photo-editing applications. Missing the correct software does not qualify you for a refund.
3. ANTI-PIRACY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to use this automation script for personal or commercial studio printing workflows. You are strictly prohibited from:
* Reselling, renting, sharing, or redistributing the raw .atn file, script code, or PDF guide.
* Uploading our asset to public clouds, WhatsApp groups, or online forums.
Any unauthorized distribution will result in the immediate revocation of your access license, store blocking, and a formal complaint submitted to local authorities and digital service networks for copyright infringement.
