Life has a way of presenting questions that don't have straightforward answers. Sometimes you're trying to decide what your next step should be. Sometimes you're dealing with a relationship that's become difficult to understand. Other times, you know you're capable of more, but you can't seem to put your finger on what's holding you back.

I've come to realise that many of the people I speak with aren't looking for someone to make decisions for them. They're looking for someone who will listen carefully, ask the right questions, challenge their thinking where necessary, and help them see their situation from a different perspective. That's what this coaching session is designed to do.

For the past few years, I've had the privilege of working with young people, leaders, professionals, singles, couples, and educators from different backgrounds. Every conversation has been different because every individual has a different story. There are no scripts, no prepared speeches, and no recycled advice. Every session begins with understanding you, your situation, and what you hope to achieve.

If you've decided to book a session, you've already taken the first step. My role is to help you make the most of the next one

Who Should Book a Session?

People book coaching for different reasons. Some want guidance before making a major decision. Others are trying to make sense of a season that has left them confused, discouraged, or overwhelmed. Some simply want someone who will challenge them to think beyond what they're currently seeing.

You may find this session helpful if you're looking for support in any of the following areas:

Relationships and marriage
Personal growth
Leadership development
Purpose and direction
Career decisions
Goal setting and accountability
Communication and emotional intelligence
Faith and personal development

If your situation isn't listed here, you're welcome to reach out before booking. If it's something I believe I can genuinely help you with, I'll be happy to let you know.

What to Expect

Our session will last for 60 minutes and will be held online via Zoom or Google Meet.

You'll have the opportunity to share your thoughts openly, explain your concerns, ask questions, and explore possible ways forward. I'll share my perspective honestly, offer practical guidance where needed, and help you think through the issues you've brought to the session.

By the end of our conversation, you should have a clearer understanding of your situation and a practical sense of what your next steps could look like.

Before You Book

Please come ready for an honest conversation.

Take a few minutes beforehand to think about what you'd like us to discuss and what you hope to gain from the session. The more open and intentional you are, the more meaningful our conversation is likely to be. This coaching session is intended to provide guidance, perspective, and accountability. It does not replace therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial consultation.

After Payment

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your session at a time that works for you.

You'll also complete a short questionnaire before we meet. This gives me enough context to prepare for our conversation and helps us use our time well.

I look forward to speaking with you.
