The human mind gets worn out constantly by a rush of ideas, thoughts, worries and excitement. All of these have their effects on the hormones the body releases for our day to day activities.

When you use drugs or constantly do certain activities, your body produces dopamine, a hormone for feeling happy and being motivated. In this case, your body releases too much of it and your mind begins to crave that amount everytime.

Once this happens you're likely to fall into a dangerous cycle where you can't control yourself anymore. This is why you need to read this.

The constant need to always be happy, can mess up a normal human mind.

Boredom in particular, is a dangerous state of mind to be in and is one of the reasons we get addicted to different substances and behaviours.

I will explain, in simple terms, chapter by chapter, how our habits can be changed and how we can experience freedom from things that seem to have taken control of our lives.

We will go through consistency and the need to manage our emotions through activities in order to overcome boredom. We will try to see why we need to have disciplined people in our lives, people who will tell us when we are messing up even though our pride won't allow us listen.

This book provides an insight into the reasons why we plunge into detrimental habits and a concise guide into breaking and making routines. This is a book aimed at helping everyone break out of addictive cycles.

But first, we have to admit we have a problem and get off our high horse. It's time to escape.

"Deeper Than Dopamine" can help you!

Coz life is really deeper than dopamine.
