An enquiry is not a booking, confirmation of availability or instruction to begin work. Bespoke Design & Brand, Speaking & Performance, Advisory, Content & Brand Direction and custom engagements begin with qualification and an agreed written scope. Detailed bespoke prices are shared privately with qualified prospects.
For a consultation offered through an active Selar Bookings listing, the selected time, completed intake and successful payment form the booking. Check the confirmation for the date, Africa/Lagos time, meeting details and rescheduling instructions. The listing identifies the duration, scope, included action note and exclusions. A consultation is not done-for-you implementation, unlimited access or regulated professional advice. If no verified booking listing is active, contact Divine before paying.
For custom work, the accepted quotation, scope and relevant service agreement identify deliverables, exclusions, quantities, payment stages, dates, reviews, rights and support. Work begins after the required acceptance, inputs and initial payment. Material scope changes require written fee and timing approval before the additional work starts. Final unrestricted files are released after full payment; editable source files are included only where the written scope says so.
Digital products are distributed only after Divine explicitly approves the individual final release. A draft, archived file or earlier public copy does not establish current availability. Any future live listing must identify the delivered version, usage licence, instructions and support route.
Confidentiality and embargo arrangements take priority. Public testimonial permission is separate from portfolio/publication permission; a purchase does not authorise public quotation of private feedback. Recording, livestream and reuse of an event contribution must be agreed in writing.
