- All sales of digital downloads and templates are final.
- Because files are delivered instantly, no refunds are issued once the product has been delivered.
Services (Calls, Consultations, Training, Thesis Support)
- Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited and non-refundable.
- If Dominion Akinrotimi is unable to deliver a booked service, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Business & Research Projects
- For larger engagements (dashboards, models, thesis support), refunds are not available after work has begun.
- If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, you are entitled to one revision (if included in the package).
