This is a guided 3-session coaching experience designed to help you better understand your body, pleasure, intimacy, and relationship with sex in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space.

We can explore concerns around desire/libido (low or high), arousal & orgasm difficulties, painful sex, vaginal dryness, intimacy, sexual shame, pleasure, communication, contraception, and general sex education questions.

Session Structure:

Session 1 — Initial Consultation (1 hour)

We discuss your concerns, experiences, struggles, goals, sexual history, and what you hope to achieve through the sessions.

Session 2 — Guided Support Session (45 minutes)

We explore possible contributing factors and practical ways to improve comfort, pleasure, intimacy, and sexual wellness.

Session 3 — Feedback & Reflection Session (30 minutes)

We reflect on your progress, experiences, questions, and possible next steps.

The sessions take place within 1 month.
