Smart Forex Academy Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY


Effective Date: 17 September 2026

Smart Forex Academy provides digital educational products, online learning programs, and digital tools. Because these products

differ in how they are delivered and accessed, refund terms depend on the type of product purchased.

By purchasing a Smart Forex Academy product or subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable refund terms described below.

1. DIGITAL PDFs AND eBooks


Due to the nature of digital PDF and eBook products, sales are generally final and non-refundable.

These products are delivered digitally and may be accessed, downloaded, saved, or retained by the customer after purchase. For this reason, refunds are not normally provided once a digital PDF or eBook has been purchased and delivered.

This category includes, but is not limited to:

  • Forex educational PDFs
  • Trading guides
  • eBooks
  • Workbooks
  • Digital books
  • Downloadable educational resources

Customers are encouraged to review the product description and available information before completing their purchase.


2. COURSES AND LEARNING PROGRAMS


Smart Forex Academy courses provide structured educational content delivered through digital learning channels, including email-based learning programs and other digital course platforms.

2.1 Seven-Day Evaluation Period

A learner has 7 days from the date of purchase or enrollment to evaluate the course and determine whether the program is suitable for them.

If a learner wishes to request a refund, the request should be submitted within the 7-day evaluation period and should include a clear reason for the refund request.

After the 7-day evaluation period has ended, the purchase is considered a commitment to the learning journey and refunds will not normally be provided.

2.2 Reasons That Normally Do Not Qualify for a Refund

Refunds will not normally be provided because a learner:

  • Changes their mind.
  • Does not have enough time to study.
  • Stops studying or does not complete the course.
  • Does not become profitable.
  • Experiences trading losses.
  • Fails a prop-firm evaluation.
  • Does not receive prop-firm funding.
  • Does not achieve a desired trading outcome.

Smart Forex Academy provides educational information and learning resources. The results achieved by an individual learner depend on many factors, including their application of the material, risk management, discipline, market conditions, trading decisions, and other circumstances outside the control of Smart Forex Academy.

Purchasing or completing a course does not guarantee trading profits, employment, prop-firm funding, successful prop-firm evaluation, or any particular financial outcome.

2.3 Technical Access Problems

A refund may be considered where a verified technical problem prevents a learner from reasonably accessing the program and the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.

Before a refund is considered on this basis, the learner may be asked to provide sufficient information to help identify and verify the technical problem.

Where possible, Smart Forex Academy will first attempt to resolve the access problem.

2.4 Unsubscribing from Course Emails

Unsubscribing from Smart Forex Academy emails does not automatically constitute a refund request.

A learner may choose to stop receiving course emails, but doing so does not by itself create a right to a refund.

If a learner wants to request a refund, they must submit a separate refund request within the applicable 7-day evaluation period.

7 days to evaluate. After that, commitment to the learning journey.


3. DASHBOARDS, DIGITAL PLATFORMS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

3.3 Reconsideration Period

Following cancellation, the customer has the remaining days of their current paid billing period as a reconsideration period.

During this period, the customer may choose to resubscribe if they decide to continue using the service.

Once the current billing period ends, if the customer has not resubscribed, they will be considered to have opted out of the subscription channel.

A failure to use the dashboard or platform during the remaining paid period does not extend the subscription, restart the refund period, or create a new entitlement to a refund.


4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND


Where a refund is permitted under this policy, the customer should submit the refund request through the applicable purchase or payment channel, including Selar where the purchase was made through Selar.

The request should include:

  • The purchaser's name.
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The product or course purchased.
  • The date of purchase.
  • A clear reason for the refund request.
  • Any relevant information needed to verify the request.

Refund requests may be reviewed before a decision is made.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment or sales platform and subject to that platform's processing procedures.


5. IMPORTANT DISTINCTION: REFUND, CANCELLATION AND UNSUBSCRIPTION


These are separate actions:

Refund request

A request to return an eligible payment under this Refund Policy.

Subscription cancellation

A request to prevent future subscription renewal.

Email unsubscribes

A request to stop receiving applicable email communications.

Cancelling a subscription or unsubscribing from emails does not automatically constitute a refund request.


6. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER


Smart Forex Academy provides educational content relating to forex trading, price action, risk management, trading psychology, trading strategies, and related subjects.

Educational content is provided for learning purposes and does not guarantee profitability or any particular trading result.

Trading involves financial risk. Learners are responsible for their own trading decisions, risk management, and use of the information provided.


7. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT


By purchasing a Smart Forex Academy digital product, course, dashboard, subscription, or other applicable service, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the applicable refund terms and agree to the conditions applicable to the product purchased.

Smart Forex Academy may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The applicable policy will be the policy in effect at the time of the relevant purchase, subject to applicable law and the terms of the sales platform through which the purchase was made.
