There is nothing noble about poverty. They say the poor will always be among us, but the poor does not have to be you. It is high time we stopped romanticizing poverty, and find a definite way to eradicate it.Poverty is at the centre of most social ills: crime, terrorism, sickness, high mortality rate, even illiteracy. Hence, to terminate these social ills, one has to first tackle poverty. When people are financially buoyant, they are less vulnerable to social ills; they would be too busy building their lives to join terrorism, or perpetuate crime. They would also have access to quality living conditions and thus, reduce their susceptibility to sicknesses. If they fall sick, they would have the money to access quality healthcare, and consequently, reduce the mortality rate. Furthermore, someone who is financially buoyant can contribute to the revenue of a country, hence, increasing the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of that country, which consequently increases the economic status of the country.Since finding influence and relevance, the thing that keeps me up most nights is the hunger to change my world. This is what led me to ask many questions about poverty in Third World Countries. I saw the international aids, the debt relief programs and even the loans to developing and underdeveloped countries, and I knew that this was not the solution to poverty. When the United Nations (UN) announced that it could not meet its SDG (Sustainable Development Goal) of eradicating poverty by 2030, I knew that I had to do something. I’ve found that eradicating poverty starts from the grassroots. Instead of aiding countries that have been ravaged by poverty, enabling her citizens is a better approach to eradicating poverty. Having risen from poverty myself and gone on to change my family’s story, it is glaring to me that the solution to poverty is right in our faces; and I choose to point it out to everyone who cares to know. The solution to poverty is right in the pages of this book. Herein, I present the solutions proffered by others and I reveal why they have not been able to solve the problem of poverty. For instance, some believed that formal education is the passport to escaping poverty. You hear some parents who have been in poverty for decades proclaim that their children who are graduates are the hope of the family. Sadly, more often than not, their hope is dashed as current realities show that there is a dwindling need for a degree. Some others believed that migrating to developed countries was the solution; but they soon found out that they were wrong.What then is the solution? In this book, I disclose my solution, which is the skill passport; and I also went further to show you exactly how you can go from being dirt poor to being financially independent, using your skill passport.What qualifies me to write a book such as this? It is a proven fact that I have gotten these results, hence, that qualifies me to show you how to duplicate the same results. All it takes is one person to change the financial story of a lineage. That person could be you, if you read this book and implement everything you read herein.

This book is a tell-it-as-it-is, using the story of a unique character. Through the eyes of the character, who is giving us the husband’s perspective, we would see the exact reasons the side chicks are winning against the wives. Because this is written from the perspective of the husband, don’t expect to find it favorable to the women.
