Isabella Adediji is the Founder and Managing Director of Yellow Tamarind Productions, a vibrant media, production, and public relations firm based in Lagos, Nigeria.

A graduate of the University of Cambridge, where she studied Education with English and Drama, Isabella started her career in corporate communications at Nestlé Nigeria PLC, handling media relations and internal communications.

Her passion for teaching, reading and storytelling led her to be an English Literature, Sociology, and History tutor at A-level. During this time, she launched Yellow Tamarind Productions and created her first TV series, Africana Literati, an Afrocentric literary show that aired for four seasons on networks across Africa and on a US streaming platform from 2016 to 2019.

Since then, Isabella and Yellow Tamarind Productions have developed and presented several impactful documentaries and edutainment programmes across radio and television, including The Movie Buff Show on Africa Magic Showcase, Correct Student on City 105.1 FM, NollySilverScreen and Politico Politica on Views Channel, The FrontPage on Radio Continental 102.3 FM, Spotlight on Radio Now 95.3 FM and Teach For Nigeria’s Radio School, a syndicated radio programme that launched in 2021. She also regularly appears as a guest host on Rubbin’ Minds, live on Channels TV, and is the host of the For Families Podcast with Isabella.
