🔥 YOUR DISCOUNT IS NOT YOUR MARKETING STRATEGY.

If you’re planning to launch a product, service, course, collection, new business, Black Friday offer or Ember promotion, please don’t wait until launch week before you start marketing.

Because:

“COMING SOON!”

“BLACK FRIDAY!”

“50% OFF!”

“5 DAYS TO GO!”

…doesn’t automatically make people want to buy.

If you’ve been quiet for months and suddenly show up with a discount, your audience may simply ask:

“Why should I care?”

A successful launch doesn’t begin when you announce the offer.

It begins before the announcement.

⸻

🎯 YOU NEED TO PREPARE PEOPLE BEFORE YOU ASK THEM TO BUY.

People are more likely to respond when they:

Know you → Understand the problem → Trust you → Understand your solution → Become interested → Take action.

That’s what pre-launch marketing helps you build.

And that’s exactly what we’ll be working on inside the:

🚀 30-DAY SME CONTENT & PRE-LAUNCH ACCELERATOR

A practical training + accountability programme for Nigerian SME owners who want to stop posting randomly and start using content as part of an actual marketing strategy.

⸻

❌ THIS IS NOT JUST A “POST EVERY DAY” CHALLENGE.

You don’t need another list of random content ideas.

You need to understand:

• Who you’re marketing to

• What problem you’re solving

• What you’re offering

• How to communicate its value

• What your audience needs to know before buying

• What content should come before your launch

• How everything connects to your business

Inside the Accelerator, you’ll learn the strategy and actually put it into practice.

⸻

🎓 WHAT YOU GET

1️⃣ COMPLETE RECORDED TRAINING

Get access to the training when you join and learn at your own pace.

You’ll learn the bigger marketing journey:

Customer → Offer → Positioning → Content → Pre-Launch → Launch → Sales → Post-Launch → Analysis

So you’re not just learning how to create content.

You’re learning where content fits into your overall marketing system.

2️⃣ 30 DAYS OF LIVE ACCOUNTABILITY IN OCTOBER

October is where we move from learning to execution.

You’ll be creating, publishing, reviewing and improving your content instead of simply watching training and forgetting about it.

Depending on the programme structure, this includes:

• Live accountability sessions

• Content feedback

• Strategy discussions

• Corrections & recommendations

• Content & Story guidance

• Progress tracking

• Reviewing what’s working and what isn’t

• Support to help you actually execute

🎯 The goal is simple:

Don’t just learn the strategy. USE IT.

⸻

🚨 AND NO — YOU DON’T HAVE TO LAUNCH IN OCTOBER.

This is important.

Your business doesn’t have to follow someone else’s arbitrary launch date.

October is about building the audience, content and marketing foundation that makes your eventual launch stronger.

You launch when your business and audience are ready.

⸻

📌 WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE BY THE END

You’ll be working towards having:

• A clearer understanding of your target customer

• A clearer offer and message

• Strategic content pillars

• Relevant content ideas

• A more organised content process

• Content connected to customer problems

• A pre-launch strategy

• Pre-launch content being created and published

• A better understanding of how content connects to demand and sales

• A framework for your eventual launch

• An understanding of what to do after launch

• Experience executing a marketing plan with accountability

Most importantly, you’ll start moving from:

❌ “What should I post today?”

to:

✅ “What does my audience need to understand next?”

⸻

👋 WHO IS THIS FOR?

This is for Nigerian SME owners preparing to market or launch:

• Products

• Services

• Courses & digital products

• Fashion collections

• Beauty products

• Food businesses

• New businesses

• Special offers

• Black Friday campaigns

• Ember promotions

• Any offer that requires customers to make a buying decision

Especially if you:

• Post inconsistently

• Don’t know what to post

• Create content without a clear strategy

• Struggle to turn attention into enquiries

• Rely heavily on discounts

• Only start marketing when you’re ready to sell

• Don’t know what should happen before a launch

• Have ideas but no system for executing them

• Want to launch but your audience isn’t warm yet

⸻

📈 THIS IS NOT ABOUT CHASING VIRALITY.

Your business doesn’t need every post to go viral.

Marketing should help you move towards:

Awareness → Trust → Demand → Enquiries → Sales → Results → Repeat Business

So we won’t focus only on likes and views.

We’ll also pay attention to conversations, enquiries, leads, audience response and other sales signals.

Because attention without commercial relevance isn’t enough.

⸻

🚀 THE BIGGER GOAL

I don’t want you to finish 30 days and go back to randomly posting whenever you remember.

The goal is to help you start building a marketing process you can continue using beyond this programme.

Your business should be able to move from:

Research → Positioning → Content → Pre-Launch → Launch → Sales → Post-Launch → Analysis → Marketing Again

That’s how marketing becomes a business asset, instead of something you panic about every time you have something to sell.

⸻

📅 WHEN YOU JOIN

Immediately after joining:

Get access to the recorded training and begin preparing at your own pace.

October:

30 days of live accountability, implementation, content review and pre-launch execution.

After October:

Continue developing and launching your offer according to your own business readiness and timeline.

You don’t have to rush your launch just because the calendar says so.

⸻

🔥 READY TO STOP LAUNCHING COLD?

Your next launch shouldn’t begin with:

“COMING SOON!”

It should begin with an audience that already understands the problem, sees the value of the solution and has a reason to pay attention.

Prepare your audience.

Build demand.

Create strategically.

Execute consistently.

Launch when you’re ready.
