Nigeria's construction industry is worth ₦37 trillion.

The average civil engineer earns ₦2.5 - 4 million per year of about 0.03% of the value they collectively create.

You design the structures. You calculate the loads. You put your COREN registration on the line. The developer makes ₦200 million. You make ₦250,000 per month.

This is not a motivation problem. It is a knowledge and structure problem. The Leveraged Engineer is the blueprint to solve it.

The Framework

Drawing on Naval Ravikant's principles of wealth creation, this book applies one equation to the Nigerian engineering reality:

Wealth = Specific Knowledge × Leverage × Judgment

Not addition - multiplication. Each variable amplifies the others. There is no ceiling.

What's Inside :— 14 Chapters Across 4 Parts

Part I - The Uncomfortable Truth

Why engineers stay trapped despite their expertise. The productivity-poverty paradox. The three paths every Nigerian engineer ends up on and how to choose the right one. The wrong questions that keep brilliant people broke.

Part II - The Leverage Framework

Naval's wealth equation applied to engineering. How to identify your Specific Knowledge, the intersection only you occupy. The four types of leverage (Labor, Capital, Code, Media) and the exact order to build them. Judgment — the ₦10 million skill that makes everything else safe.

Part III - The Practical Blueprint

A year-by-year roadmap from your first ₦1 million earned independently to full financial freedom:

Year One: Building the foundation: offer stack, audience, delivery systems, financial buckets

Year Two: The compounding effect: content flywheel, referral machine, passive income layer

Year Three and Beyond: The wealth phase: knowledge business, asset portfolio, team, generational architecture

Every chapter includes the Nigerian-specific obstacles, the family tax, infrastructure overhead, naira devaluation risk, client payment delays and exactly how to navigate them.

Part IV - The Inner Game

The identity shift from technical executor to leveraged professional. The five-tier relationship architecture. The Nigerian advantage: five reasons why Nigeria is one of the highest-opportunity markets on earth for the engineer who understands leverage. The geographic arbitrage that turns a Nigerian cost of living into a global income.

This book is for you if:

You are technically excellent and financially frustrated
You have been told to work harder, get more qualifications, or save more and none of it has produced financial freedom
You want a systematic, year-by-year roadmap built for the Nigerian engineering reality
You are ready to stop trading time for money and start building systems in your field that generate income

What makes this different from every other wealth book you have read:

Every figure, strategy, example, and framework in this book is built for the Nigerian context. The salary structures are Nigerian. The financial instruments are Nigerian or accessible from Nigeria. The cultural dynamics: family obligation, seniority in professional relationships, the comparison culture are addressed as they actually exist. This is not a Western framework with Nigerian names added. It is built from the ground up for the engineer operating in this reality.

"You will get rich by giving society what it wants but does not yet know how to get. At scale." - Naval Ravikant

Nigerian society wants safe buildings, reliable infrastructure, and affordable housing. You know how to build them. This book teaches you how to deliver them at scale and capture the value you create.
