The Practical AI Guide for the Experienced Generation

A 7-Day Executive Field Guide, by Julius Mbidomti,

Google Cloud Certified Generative AI Leader

Use AI confidently in 7 days, without learning to code.

Your experience is not becoming obsolete. It is becoming more valuable.

AI can draft a proposal. You know whether it will survive the boardroom.

AI can analyse numbers. You understand what they mean in the real world.

AI brings speed. You bring experience, context and judgment.

This guide shows you how to combine the two, in about 30 minutes a day, using the work already on your desk.

In seven days, you'll learn to:

✅ Write emails, memos, reports and proposals faster

✅ Research, summarise and organise information without the overwhelm

✅ Make sense of numbers and explain them in plain English

✅ Turn ideas into clear, persuasive presentations

✅ Rehearse important meetings and anticipate the hard questions

✅ Handle negotiations and difficult conversations with more confidence

How it works: each day you learn one concept, see it in a real workplace case study, practise it with ready-to-use prompts, and apply it to your own work using write-in worksheets.

Your 7-day plan:
