1. Service Validity & Slot Usage
- All purchased packages expire 30 days after payment. Unused slots/sessions will be forfeited.
- Unused slot extension may be granted (up to 7 days) for £25 with prior notice.
2. Revisions Policy
- Revisions are limited to 3 per CV and must:
- Be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Reference one specific job description per revision (no hybrid requests).
- Each structural overhauls (e.g. changing career focus) and after approval will incure a £25 rewrite fee.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide (via email):
- Up-to-date career history.
- Target job description(s) before drafting begins.
- Feedback within 48 hours of revision requests.
- Delays in providing materials may impact delivery timelines.
4. Guarantees & Limitations
- Interview Guarantee: Applies only if:
- Client applies to ≥10 relevant jobs within 30 days.
- Shares proof of applications/rejections.
- No refunds after CV drafting begins (see Cancellation Policy).
5. Delivery & Communication
- Turnaround: 3–5 business days (rush service: +£50 for 24h).
- All communication via email (no WhatsApp/SMS).
6. Intellectual Property
- Final CVs are owned by the client but may be anonymized for portfolio use.
- Plagiarism: Clients confirm provided materials are their own.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- 50% refund if canceled before writer assignment.
- No refunds after first draft is delivered.
8. Liability
- Not liable for:
- Job offers/interview outcomes.
- Errors in client-provided information.
9.Data Privacy Clause:
- Client data is encrypted; we never share resumes with third parties without consent.
