New journal. New workout gear. New course subscription. I was all in... for about two weeks.

I was frustrated, stuck, and deeply disappointed in myself.

Honestly? I felt like a failure.

Looking back, I had a whole arsenal of perfectly reasonable-sounding excuses:

"Maybe the timing isn't right."

"Maybe I need to plan more."

"Maybe this just wasn't meant for me."

"Maybe I'm not ready enough. I need to be fully equipped first."

Sound familiar?

These excuses felt so legitimate at the time. But the truth was simpler and more painful:

I was selling myself short. I was playing small. I was limiting my own potential.

So I did something different. I stopped waiting for the "right" time.

Instead, I got analytical.

I scrutinised every pattern that led to my excuses and asked myself the hard questions:

Why do I show up for work even when I don't feel like it?

What makes me consistent there but not here?

What if I could create the same accountability for my personal growth?

Those questions became the foundation of the R.A.I.N. System.
