1. Introduction
This License and Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the ISO Toolkit provided by Mitiget Assurance and Technology Service Limited. By purchasing, downloading, or using the toolkit, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this document. The ISO Toolkit contain documentation templates, guidance materials, and related resources intended to support organizations in implementing ISO management systems.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, Mitiget Assurance and Technology Service Limited grants the buyer a non exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ISO Toolkit.
3. Permitted Use
Use the templates within their organization. Modify or customize the templates to meet internal operational requirements. Share the templates with employees or team members within the same organization for implementation purposes. Use the templates across multiple companies owned or managed by the purchaser. Use the templates for consulting or professional services provided to clients, provided that the templates are not redistributed as standalone products.
4. Prohibited Use
Resell the templates in their original or modified form. Redistribute, sub license, or share the toolkit files with third parties. Upload the templates to marketplaces, websites, or file‑sharing platforms. Claim ownership of the templates or represent them as their own intellectual property. Provide the toolkit files as part of another product for sale.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in the ISO Toolkit, including templates, documents, frameworks, and supporting materials, remains the intellectual property of Mitiget Assurance and Technology Service Limited. Purchasing the toolkit does not transfer ownership rights but only grants a license to use the materials in accordance with this Agreement.
6. Support
Mitiget Assurance and Technology Service Limited may provide limited email support related to the use of the ISO Toolkit. Support may include clarifications regarding the use of templates and general guidance on implementation. Support does not include full consulting services, customization services, or ISO certification advisory services unless separately agreed upon.
7. No Warranty
The ISO Toolkit are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Mitiget Assurance and Technology Service Limited do not guarantee that the use of these templates will result in ISO certification or compliance with any specific regulatory requirement. Users are responsible for ensuring that the templates meet their organization’s specific needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mitiget Assurance and Technology Service Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the ISO Toolkit. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for how the templates are implemented within their organization or for their clients.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non‑refundable once the toolkit has been delivered or downloaded.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using the ISO Toolkit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these License and Usage Terms.
12. Approval
This License and Usage Terms document has been reviewed and approved by the Management of Mitiget Assurance and Technology Service Limited. Any use of the ISO Toolkit is subject to compliance with this approved Agreement.
