Tips on kitchen essentials and food preparation.
Information on allergens, food storage, freezing and reheating.
Simple substitution ideas when you need to work with ingredients available to you.

Who is this ebook for?

This guide is for mums and caregivers introducing complementary foods to babies around six months and older who want practical homemade purée ideas and a little encouragement along the way.

You don’t need complicated recipes or an elaborate kitchen to begin. Sometimes, a few suitable ingredients and a simple preparation method are enough to help you get started.

This ebook is based on my personal experience as a mum and the recipes I have prepared for my little one. Every baby is different, so use the recipes as inspiration and adapt feeding decisions to your baby’s developmental readiness, needs and healthcare guidance.

Let’s make starting solids a little simpler, one purée at a time.

With love,

A fellow Mama 💙
