Refunds Policy
Digital Products
Digital products sold through this store are delivered instantly upon successful payment, via download link and/or email. Because delivery is immediate and in full, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file delivered — except where the file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was advertised. In such cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement file or a full refund.
Physical Products
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order reference and, where applicable, photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
We do not accept returns for change of mind on physical products, as items may be produced or packaged to order.
Promotional Bonuses
Where a bonus item is offered with an order before a stated deadline, the bonus is available only to orders placed and completed before that deadline and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
